Centered.Purposeful.Steady. (C.P.S.): A Stress Management & Mindfulness Program for Chicago Public School Teachers

C.P.S. is a conceptual program that I designed for my Health Education Needs Assessment course. The program aims to help Chicago Public School teachers better manage their experiences with stress by introducing an on-site stress management and mindfulness intervention, as well as access to supplemental online resources.
